omaha steaks,…i am going to cook my two stuffed sole..fish.theres no crust on them.flower egg bread crumbs.?
i was going to cook them in our big toaster broiler.on bake but like a crispy coat on out side.i have a can of crispy onoin to crush up .need info please!!!
make some egg wash..lightly flower the fish dip in egg wash in large enough bag use the crushed onion and dried dill.shake it up.

small amout of butter then some bread crumbs on top in the broiler about 8 min.

Flour then Egg Dip(whisked eggs)then Seasoned bread crumbs with your onion in it .Bake as instructed. Serve with Rice pilaf or with a linguini with white sauce. maybe a green vegetable. For the adults a nice fruity white wine.
